Who is responsible

What we collect
This website has no forms and doesn't ask you for personal information. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever details you share there, such as your name, number, email address, event date and the items you need.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your hire.
- To keep a record of what was discussed.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
Who sees it
Only OEMF Hiring. Your messages stay in our WhatsApp, phone and email accounts.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer by law or for an open hire.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@oemf.co.za and we'll deal with it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Cookies
The website uses only what it needs to work and to count visits. We don't use advertising cookies.
